By making a reservation with Kalppaka, guests agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching environment for all.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

  • Payments must be made through our secure payment link, which will be shared by our reservations team.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept all major currencies (EUR, USD, CHF, GBP) due to our licensed money-changing facility.

  • Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted at the resort.

  • Guests are encouraged to carry some Euros in cash for tipping or local expenses.

3. Visa Requirement

International guests must obtain a valid Indian visa prior to travel. We recommend applying for an e-Tourist Visa through https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html at least 2 weeks before your departure. Please ensure your country is eligible for e-visa entry.

4. Room Allocation

Room preferences are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to meet your request, room allocation is subject to availability at the time of check-in.

5. Resort Etiquette

  • Guests are greeted with a respectful Namaste, symbolizing humility and honor.

  • In public areas (lobby, restaurant, lounges), proper attire is required. Swimwear is not allowed in restaurants or the reception area.

  • Refrain from placing feet on tables or chairs, in accordance with Indian cultural norms.

  • The resort maintains a tobacco-free and alcohol-free environment. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.

6. Peace & Quiet

Kalppaka promotes a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Guests are requested to:

  • Maintain low noise levels.

  • Avoid playing loud music, making video calls, or engaging in disruptive behavior in common areas.

  • Respect the privacy and experience of fellow guests.

7. Beach & Environment

  • Please avoid purchasing items from beach vendors to preserve the tranquility of the surroundings.

  • Kindly stay off the lawns and garden spaces to protect the natural beauty of the resort.

8. Ayurveda & Wellness

  • Kalppaka offers natural healing through Ayurveda, Siddha, Homeopathy, and ecological remedies.

  • The program is intended to complement, not replace, conventional diabetes or other medical treatment.

  • Guests must continue their regular medications and consult their physicians throughout their wellness journey.

9. Tipping Policy

A central tipping system is in place. Guests may leave envelopes labeled with the therapist’s name in the common tipping boxes located at the Reception, Restaurant, and Ayurveda Center.

10. Concierge Services

Our concierge team is available at the reception for:

  • Arranging airport pickups (included in the package).

  • Domestic travel, guided tours, and local experiences.

  • Assistance with flight information and itinerary planning.
