Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below:

Advance Payment Policy

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation Terms

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund. No cancellation charges.

  • Between 29 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the booking invoice will be retained.

  • Between 10 to 4 days before arrival: 75% of the booking invoice will be retained.

  • Between 3 days and the scheduled arrival date: 85% of the booking invoice will be charged.

  • After arrival or early departure: 100% of the booking invoice will be charged.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
